These are the first children to feel LAPP's wrath
The Harvey boys were the first to feel the scorn of LAPP. When his father was told of the offensive things these boys were writing, he took away their pants and would not give them back for several months, including the harsh Washington Winters. The Harvey boys from left to right are Klaus, Papa Harvey, Calvin, Alexander, and Herbert). Not long after this photo was taken, Herbert Harvey changed his name to Errol Flynn, and moved to California to escape the winters of Walla Walla.

Marilyn Holmes V Opens first LAPP HQ (1897)

Marilyn Holmes opens the first LAPP HQ in Walla Walla, WA. This was a dilapidated school house that Marilyn found a way to "brighten up" like only she could. She painted the outside Salmon, Dandelion, and burnt orange. The inside was all pea green. This is where the wall of shame color system is derived from. Back then LAPP would just write the names of the offender in specific to the area, and level of Perverse Posting.

Train wreck almost closes LAPP's doors (1898)
This is the train wreck that nearly ended LAPP's run, as America's moral executors. Two of the original thirteen members, met their demise that day. This was the darkest day in LAPP history. LAPP almost had to keep our doors closed forever due to the fact that
Miss Rosa Delacruza la Chenza had the keys to the LAPP Headquarters in her satchel when she was killed in the accident. These were dark days for the League.

In 1935 LAPP inducted it's first charter male member. Sir Ellington Whittle was an immigrant from England, who made a fortune in one of the first auto repair shops in the Pacific Northwest. Sir Ellington Whittle was the man that once again opened the doors of LAPP Headquarters, through the funding of hiring a locksmith, LAPP HQ was once again a bustling hub of activity.
